OPPIK – Real estate
The company DTZ s.r.o. was supported by the EU within OPPIK – Real Estate
As part of the project CZ.01.2.07/0.0/18_238/0014792 – Construction of the engineering hall and revitalization of the area of spol. DTZ s.r.o. the following measures are implemented:
- Demolition of old industrial buildings
- Construction of a new production hall
- Revitalization of adjacent spaces
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2022
OPPIK – Energy savings
The company DTZ s.r.o. was supported by the EU in the framework of OPPIK – Energy Savings.
In the years 2019 – 2022, the following measures are being implemented as part of the project “REDUCING THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF BUILDINGS ON THE DTZ S.R.O. COMPANY PREMISES IN LIBEREC
- Partial insulation of the perimeter shell of hall 2,
- Installation of new LED lighting in hall 1, 2 and 5,
- Modernization of the CNC center,
- Installation of photovoltaic power plant – roof of halls 2 and 5,
- Installation of a new exchange station and destratifiers,
- Installation of new air conditioning in the paint shop.
OPPI ICT in businesses
The company DTZ s.r.o. was supported by the EU in the framework of OPPI – ICT in enterprises.
In the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, the following was implemented as part of the “Procurement of new IS and related technologies” project:
- Acquisition of a new IS
- Purchase of new design and standardization software
- Antispam for the server
- Revitalization of the company’s HW equipment (PCs, laptops, printers)
- Modernization of the network infrastructure
- Introduction of a camera system
OP LZZ
The company DTZ s.r.o. was supported by the EU within the Human Resources and Employment OP.
- In 2013, it took place as part of the project “Educate yourself for growth in the Liberec region.” professional teaching of the English language.
- In 2013, they took place as part of the project “Educate yourself for growth in the Liberec region.” European welding tests.
- In 2013, it took place as part of the project “Educate yourself for growth in the Liberec Region II.” training for quality controllers and welding technologists (VT, PT, PED, ASME).
- In September 2013, it took place as part of the project “Educate yourself for growth in the Liberec Region II.” training for processing company documentation in a spreadsheet editor.

Reduction of the energy intensity of Hall 4 in the premises of DTZ s.r.o. was co-financed by the European Union.
The aim of the project is to reduce the final energy consumption required for the operation of the applicant’s business activities through the implementation of proposed energy-saving measures – the installation of a filtration unit and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the building.

Energy savings in the DTZ premises in Liberec was co-financed by the European Union.
